GENERAL REFUNDS

• The initial project deposit is nonrefundable.
  However, if you decide to cancel your website project at any time after the initial project deposit is paid and prior to the website going live, we offer a partial refund of up to 50% of the project design and development fees paid after the initial deposit. To request a refund, simply email your project manager stating your desire to stop the project. We believe in maintaining positive relationships with our clients, and if you're not happy, we think it's best for everyone to part ways. Please note that refund requests must be made within 1 year of making the first payment.
• Please note that we do not offer refunds on any ongoing service fees, hosting fees, or assets purchased on your behalf, such as domain names, stock images, Google ads, templates, widgets, SEO programs, or local listings.

WEBSITE HOSTING REFUNDS

• A website hosting package is required for all websites. You may chose to pay your website hosting fees on a monthly or annual basis. NO REFUNDS are offered on website hosting fees.

ADA COMPLIANCE & WEBSITE POLICIES

• As part of our commitment to providing inclusive and legally compliant websites, we require all clients to acknowledge the importance of ADA compliance and having up-to-date website policies (such as Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Cookie Policy). While we offer solutions like AudioEye and Termageddon at a discounted rate to assist with these needs, clients are ultimately responsible for ensuring their websites comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Please note that no refunds will be issued for services related to ADA compliance or website policy management once implemented.

Monthly Payment Plan

• Billing Start: Billing commences at the beginning of the project, with a credit card required on file for streamlined payments.
• Commitment: In the event of early cancellation, completion of payments for the full 12-month term is required.
• Post-Completion: After the initial 12 months, clients will transition to our monthly or annual care package.

CANCELLATIONS

• We require a 30-day written notice via email for all cancellations of website hosting, maintenance, SEO and technical support programs. Please email billing@keepsimple.solutions to cancel. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation. Please note that there are no prorated refunds for cancellations.

PRICE

• We strive to maintain fair and competitive pricing for our services. However, please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a price increase, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through our website. It is your responsibility to regularly check for any updates to pricing.
• In the event of a price increase for your ongoing service plan, we will provide you with at least 30 days' notice via email. You will have the option to accept the new pricing or cancel your services without penalty before the new pricing takes effect. Failure to cancel your services within the specified timeframe will be deemed as acceptance of the new pricing.
  

Updates to the Policy

• We reserve the right to modify this Refunds & Cancellations policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
